About the Role

We are looking for an AI Agentic Engineer to design and deliver production-ready agentic applications for enterprise clients using modern AI platforms, including Microsoft AI Foundry and Azure AI services.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on turning business requirements into secure, scalable, AI-driven solutions.

We actively use AI coding assistants and agent frameworks as part of delivery. Engineers are expected to effectively orchestrate, validate, and productionize AI-generated outputs.

What You Will Do

• Design and build multi-agent systems using Microsoft AI Foundry and Azure services
• Break down business requirements into structured, testable implementation plans
• Orchestrate AI agents and multi-step workflows to deliver production-ready functionality
• Validate and review AI-generated code and configurations
• Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, and external enterprise services
• Ensure security, reliability, and compliance of delivered systems
• Apply CI/CD practices and quality gates (tests, code review, observability)
• Collaborate directly with clients to clarify requirements and propose solutions
• Manage multi-stage workstreams with incremental delivery and checkpoints

Requirements

• Strong Python skills
• Experience with Microsoft AI Foundry
• Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, etc.)
• Experience integrating REST APIs and external systems
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven or agent-based systems
• Strong testing mindset (unit / integration testing)
• Understanding of CI/CD and production readiness
• Secure-by-default mindset (secrets handling, least privilege, dependency hygiene)
• Experience communicating with non-technical stakeholders
• Sufficient English proficiency for client communication

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience with AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
• Familiarity with multiple LLM providers and evaluation techniques
• Cloud certifications (Microsoft / AWS / GCP)
• Experience designing observability (logs, metrics, tracing)
