What you'll do

  • Embed and audit: rotate through functions, audit how teams really work, map repetitive tasks, and find the highest-leverage opportunities
  • Develop task-specific agents and automations (research synthesis, status updates, partner reporting, monitoring) using Claude, Claude Code, MCP integrations, and the existing stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, HubSpot, Zendesk) — ship something for feedback in hours
  • Productionize and set quality gates: turn rough prototypes into production-grade tools with rubrics, evals, and review steps
  • Build reusable assets: create the skills, plugins, and templates teams self-serve from, and maintain them as tools evolve
  • Coach to self-sufficiency: teach through building alongside people and leave each team more capable and confident
  • Measure, report, and rotate on: track outcomes (time saved, quality gained), present results to leadership, then hand off and move to the next function

What they require

  • 5+ years in automation/ops tooling, including recent hands-on LLM/agent work in a professional setting
  • Hands-on experience with building using LLM tools and low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., Claude, n8n, Zapier, Make)
  • Comfortable writing and iterating prompts and evaluating whether AI outputs are reliable to hand off to a non-technical team
  • A systems thinker who sees a manual workflow and identifies which steps can be automated
  • Ability to embed with non-technical teams, earn trust quickly, and translate pain points into working solutions
  • Taste and judgment about quality — can tell strong AI-assisted work from slop and build guardrails
  • Clear written and verbal communication

Benefits

  • 100% remote — work from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (90% employer-covered for employees and dependents)
  • Employer-funded healthcare reimbursement, FSAs, and Employee Assistance Program
  • 401(k), employer-paid life & disability insurance, and identity theft protection
  • Generous PTO, paid holidays, 10 weeks of fully paid parental leave, annual year-end company closure (Dec 24 to Jan 2)
  • $1,000 annual professional development stipend and home office setup support
  • Student Loan Forgiveness: qualifying employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
