What you'll do

  • Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders to understand business goals, identify use cases, and define technical requirements for AI solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions using the DataRobot platform and open-source tools.
  • Develop and deploy agentic AI leveraging frameworks such as Langgraph, CrewAI, Llama Index.
  • Build custom Generative AI chatbots and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
  • Develop and deploy predictive ML models for forecasting, churn prediction, and fraud detection.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the DataRobot platform and modern AI/ML development, guiding customers on MLOps and model governance.
  • Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and deliver business value.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts and project outcomes to technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level executives.

What they require

  • Approximately 6-8 years of hands-on experience in AI application development, software engineering, machine learning engineering, or similar role with a proven track record of deploying AI solutions into production.
  • Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Practical experience with Generative AI technologies, including LLMs and vector databases.
  • Solid understanding of the agentic AI lifecycle from building agents (LangGraph, CrewAI) to deployment and monitoring.
  • Experience developing and deploying applications and building REST APIs (Flask, FastAPI) to serve ML models and GenAI logic.
  • Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and experience with Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of secure application development practices (authentication/authorization, secrets management, securing endpoints).
  • Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience in a client-facing or consulting role with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of MLOps principles and tools for model CI/CD, monitoring, and governance.
