What you'll do

  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and appropriate accounting treatment of financial data supporting accounting, reporting, and operational processes across Controller & Treasury.
  • Execute classification, transformation, reconciliation, and reporting of financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Deliver financial, regulatory, management, and operational reporting activities by analyzing data, researching issues, validating information, and partnering with stakeholders.
  • Support audits, regulatory examinations, and internal control activities by preparing documentation, validating information, and ensuring compliance.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, reporting effectiveness, and operational performance through process simplification, standardization, and automation.

What they require

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, operations, or systems-related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, perform reconciliations, and resolve issues impacting financial processes, reporting, controls, and operational effectiveness.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel), SQL and experience working with financial or operational systems.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger and financial reporting concepts.
