Kind Behavioral Health is seeking a self-starting Senior Accountant to manage accounting and support operations through financial analysis, process improvement and documentation, and the implementation and maintenance of systems and controls. This role reports to the Controller & Director of Strategic Finance and will help build efficient, scalable, best-in-class accounting and finance functions.

This role will manage accounting and support operations through financial analysis, process improvement and documentation, and the implementation and maintenance of systems and controls. Reporting directly to the Controller & Director of Strategic Finance, you will help build efficient, scalable, best-in-class accounting and finance functions that support our growth, with high visibility to the CFO and senior leadership team.
