Deine Rolle
End-to-End Accounting: Du bearbeitest unsere laufende Buchhaltung eigenständig und packst in allen Bereichen mit an – von Bankbuchungen über Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen bis zur Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung. General Ledger & Closing: Du verantwortest das Hauptbuch, bereitest unsere Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse strukturiert vor und stellst dabei die Qualität und Verlässlichkeit unseres Zahlenwerks sicher. Compliance & Reporting: Du erstellst steuerliche und behördliche Meldungen (z. B. USt-Voranmeldungen, statistische Reports) und stellst die Einhaltung aller relevanten Anforderungen sicher. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Als fester Teil des Finance Teams bist du die erste Ansprechperson für buchhalterische Fragestellungen und unterstützt bei Bedarf den Austausch mit Wirtschafts- und Steuerprüfer:innen. Automation & AI: Mit dem Ziel, Finance effizienter und skalierbarer zu gestalten, hinterfragst du gemeinsam mit dem Team bestehende Prozesse, identifizierst manuelle Workflows und treibst Automatisierung sowie den Einsatz moderner Tools aktiv voran.
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Steuerfachangestellte:r), ein Studium im Finanzbereich oder eine Weiterbildung zur/zum Bilanzbuchhalter:in. Mehrjährige, fundierte Erfahrung im Accounting, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Umfeld, einem Scale-up oder der Tech-Branche. Sicher im Umgang mit DATEV (Rechnungswesen) oder einem vergleichbar komplexen ERP-/Finanzsystem sowie digitalen, systemgestützten Finanzprozessen und routinierter Einsatz von Excel und Google Sheets im Tagesgeschäft. Strukturierte, zuverlässige und hands-on Arbeitsweise mit sicherem, präzisem Arbeiten auch in intensiven Abschlussphasen. Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld. Wohnsitz in der CET-Zeitzone. (oder maximal ±4 Stunden Abweichung) für eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit im Tagesgeschäft.

What you'll do
- End-to-End Accounting: You will process our ongoing accounting independently and get involved in all areas – from bank bookings, provisions, and deferrals to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- General Ledger & Closing: You will be responsible for the general ledger, prepare our monthly and annual financial statements in a structured manner, and ensure the quality and reliability of our figures.
- Compliance & Reporting: You will prepare tax and regulatory reports (e.g., VAT pre-payments, statistical reports) and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: As an integral part of the Finance team, you will be the first point of contact for accounting questions and support the exchange with auditors and tax advisors as needed.
- Automation & AI: With the goal of making Finance more efficient and scalable, you will question existing processes together with the team, identify manual workflows, and actively drive automation and the use of modern tools.
What they require
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., tax assistant), a degree in finance, or further training as a certified accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter:in).
- Several years of in-depth experience in accounting, ideally in a dynamic environment, a scale-up, or the tech industry.
- Proficient in using DATEV (Accounting) or a comparably complex ERP/Finance system, as well as digital, system-supported financial processes and routine use of Excel and Google Sheets in daily business.
- Structured, reliable, and hands-on working style with precise work, even during intensive closing periods.
- Fluent German and very good English skills for collaboration in an international environment.
