Senior support analyst for Stop Loss / employer benefits accounts. Requires ~5+ years relevant experience and an Accident & Health producer's license (must be obtained within 90 days if not held). Remote role supporting sales, implementation, and ongoing administration of group stop-loss accounts.

What you'll do
- Load and maintain group information and benefit files.
- Interact with and provide support activities to Account Managers.
- Resolve benefit inquiries received from Account Managers, producers, sales reps and small market clients.
- Coordinate meetings and implementations with clients and core partners.
- Handle error management and ensure files are corrected.
- Participate in the implementation of new products, group changes, benefit enhancements, non-standard benefits and mass updates.
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Contribute to and manage small to medium projects within assigned area.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
What they require
- Required High School Diploma/GED
- 5 years of relevant, progressive experience in the area of specialization
- Producer's license in Accident & Health required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Experience in health care, insurance or sales (preferred)
- Compliance with HIPAA and company privacy and information security policies
