What you'll do

  • Serve as the primary account owner for a portfolio of strategic US-based multinational clients across both BCS and EOR services.
  • Develop trusted relationships with executive and senior client stakeholders by providing consultative guidance on global expansion, entity management, employment solutions, and compliance.
  • Drive client retention, contract renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and gross margin optimization.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to identify business needs, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of each client's business model, operating structure, countries in scope, future expansion plans, and organizational priorities.
  • Own commercial performance across assigned accounts, including revenue growth, pricing discussions, contract amendments, and scope expansion.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional GoGlobal solutions across existing client portfolios.
  • Support business development initiatives by participating in client meetings, networking events, and go-to-market activities alongside Sales teams.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales to ensure smooth client handovers and continued account growth after implementation.
  • Maintain accurate account information within CRM systems, including services in scope, renewals, onboarding status, commercial opportunities, and account plans.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex operational or commercial issues involving multinational clients.
  • Balance client advocacy with GoGlobal's commercial objectives, operational capabilities, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure proactive risk identification and timely resolution of client issues.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Payroll, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Provide strategic guidance to internal teams regarding client priorities and business objectives.
  • Mentor junior Account Managers and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support process improvements that strengthen GoGlobal's client service delivery and commercial success.

What they require

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or Business Development within a B2B environment.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience managing both Business Corporate Services (BCS) and Employer of Record (EOR) client portfolios preffered.
  • Strong understanding of global employment solutions, including EOR, global payroll, accounting, tax, entity management, and corporate compliance services.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise or multinational client accounts across multiple countries.
  • Demonstrated success in client retention, renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and commercial account growth.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing pricing discussions, scope changes, and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent client-facing, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex accounts while working collaboratively across global teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience within a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Employer of Record (EOR), Professional Employer Organization (PEO), Global Payroll, HR Services, or Business Corporate Services organization.
  • Experience supporting multinational organizations with international expansion.
  • Knowledge of US employment practices and international workforce solutions.
  • Experience participating in business development activities, including client meetings, networking events, and supporting go-to-market initiatives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global, matrix organization.
