WHAT TEAM YOU’LL BE PART OF

You will join the Account Management team, operating under the leadership of Antoine, Chief Customer Officer, and coordinated by regional team leads. The team is present globally across EMEA, the US, and APAC, serving some of the world's top mobile app publishers.

In short, Account Managers are the strategic partners of Adikteev's clients. You would own the relationship end-to-end: from onboarding a new client, to making sure their campaigns are live and hitting performance targets, to presenting QBRs and identifying growth opportunities. Day-to-day, this means coordinating closely with the Campaign Management team on performance and optimizations and with Sales on account expansion.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an Account Manager for APAC, you will help build and scale one of Adikteev’s highest-potential regions. Concretely, this means:

Act as the region’s retargeting & user-acquisition expert and the trusted strategic advisor to your clients;

Own a portfolio of key accounts end-to-end — from onboarding, to hitting performance targets, to QBRs and long-term growth planning;

Identify and lead upsell and expansion opportunities, partnering with Sales on advanced deals;

Turn account insights into clear, actionable feedback for our Product and BI teams;

Set the standard for onboarding, delivery, and client engagement across the team, and share best practices on working with different app developers.

WHO YOU ARE

You will thrive in this role, and be a great fit for the Account Management team at Adikteev, if you bring:

Experience & background:

5+ years of experience in an account management role;

Exposure to AdTech, ideally on the demand side;

Exposure to the gaming industry;

Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Skills:

A proactive approach to delivering insights and service to clients;

Strong analytical background and work experience;

Ability to interact with a product team, data scientists and engineers;

Familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem (a plus);

Good understanding of tracking solutions, cost aggregation and the broader AdTech ecosystem;

Ability to perform competitive analysis, build long-term client strategy, and lead upselling efforts;

Ability to prepare business reviews (QBRs) and top-notch presentations.

Languages:

Chinese (Mandarin): native or bilingual — mandatory ;

Korean: full professional proficiency (business level) — mandatory ;

English: full professional proficiency — mandatory ;

Japanese: a plus.

What to expect as you move through our hiring process:

Call with Claire, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner;

Team fit interview with Antoine, Chief Customer Operations Officer and John, Country Manager (Korea);

Use case to complete remotely and present to Ashmita, Lead Account Manager EMEA, and Nadya, VP of Sales EMEA & APAC;

In-person meeting with the team. You will meet Bill and Jillian, Account Managers together with Junsung, Sales Director APAC and John.

Final interview with Clément, Global Chief Operations Officer and Taoufik, Chief Revenue Officer.
