As a Senior Mid-Market Account Executive Nordics at HubSpot you will be engaging directly with small to medium sized businesses, helping them to grow. You will use proactive and inbound selling strategies to find and close new business, and increase the customer's usage of the HubSpot platform over time. You will use your knowledge of digital transformation and change management to act as a trusted advisor and business consultant to the customer, running the sales process end to end with them.

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Individual compensation packages are determined using objective, role-related criteria, which may include skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

What you'll do
- Develop and own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans
- Find new prospects from inbound and self-sourced leads
- Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders
- Close new business and install base at or above quota monthly
- Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders and directly to C-level executives
- Work with marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategy for new features and products
- Run online and occasional in-person product demonstrations
What they require
- 3–5 years in a quota-carrying role
- Experience in a complex selling environment
- Experience presenting and pitching business change to C-level executives
- Management of monthly and annual pipeline with proven forecasting accuracy
- Track record of overachieving monthly and annual targets
- Trained and/or certified in a standardized sales method
- Understanding of how businesses grow and confidence advising C-level executives on growth strategies
- Curiosity about business and technology
- Growth mindset and habit of seeking feedback
- Experience taking on additional responsibility in a team environment
