What you'll do

  • Drive net-new customer acquisition across Sweden, Denmark and Norway via targeted outbound activity, executive introductions, and relationship building with key stakeholders
  • Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach, technical and business validation, through deal close
  • Support coverage of adjacent Southern European accounts as territory priorities require
  • Generate and own your own pipeline through disciplined outbound, research and executive prospecting
  • Be a trusted advisor to customer prospects, deeply understand their challenges & goals, and tailor solutions to drive impact for their businesses
  • Leverage senior-level relationships with executives to drive strategic partnerships and sales opportunities
  • Align closely with our partners and systems integrators to drive shared revenue and extend reach into target accounts
  • Work cross-functionally across the business, drawing in the right technical and specialist colleagues as each engagement requires
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing to supplement your own top of funnel activity

What they require

  • Fluent in at least one Nordic language – Swedish, Norwegian or Danish – in addition to English
  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprise customers along with experience negotiating & closing transformational 7-figure deals
  • Depth in at least two of our priority sectors: financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences
  • A hunter mentality - you take pride in generating your own pipeline and are at your best when building a territory rather than managing an inherited one
  • A proven track record of high performance and exceeding quotas
  • Experience building and maintaining senior-level relationships with executives
  • Experience working alongside channel partners and systems integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
  • Excellent communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others & building strong relationships, experienced presenting to a C-suite audience, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical customer prospects
  • Experience selling complex enterprise level solutions, technical products, and private or on-premise deployments (AI/NLP solutions preferred)
  • Familiarity with European data residency, sovereignty and regulatory requirements as live buying criteria
  • High tolerance for ambiguity - this is an early-stage territory without an established local playbook, and you'll need to be both a doer and a strategist
  • Creativity - deal structures can widely vary, strong technical acumen and the ability to creatively structure mutually beneficial partnerships are necessary
