No BS summary

Senior enterprise account executive with 5+ years closing mid-market or enterprise software deals into US or European buyers. Must have sold into supply chain, procurement, or logistics teams at manufacturers/distributors and handled complex multi-stakeholder cycles of 3+ months and $75k+ ACV.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualifying inbound leads and running outbound through discovery, technical validation, AI committee signoff, procurement, and close.
  • Sell consultatively by understanding each customer's operational challenges, identifying where AI can help, and collaborating with forward-deployed engineers to configure solutions.
  • Build credibility with VP-level operations and supply chain buyers by understanding operational challenges and connecting them to Glacis outcomes.
  • Build and refine the go-to-market playbook by documenting effective messaging, converting industries, objections, and lessons from deals.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting for 3-12 month sales cycles with meaningful deal sizes.
  • Bring customer feedback on integrations, pricing, and onboarding back to the product team.

What they require

  • Experience selling software into supply chain, procurement, or logistics teams at mid-market or enterprise manufacturers and distributors, with understanding of the operational domain beneath the software layer.
  • 5+ years experience closing mid-market or enterprise deals with US or European buyers with a minimum of $75k ACV, multiple stakeholders, 3+ month cycles, technical validation, and executive sign-off.
  • Experience owning and operating the full lifecycle from building your own pipeline to customer rollout.
  • Preferred: Experience working in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement, or consulting for those teams before moving into sales.
  • Self-starter who does not need structure to be effective and is comfortable building process, being wrong sometimes, and iterating fast.
  • Intellectually honest about pipeline, willing to disqualify weak deals, identify stuck deals, and fix problems.
  • Desire to help build a company rather than only carry a quota.
  • Short-cycle, transactional sales background may not fit the role's pace and complexity.
  • Supply chain familiarity is needed because buyers expect domain-grounded conversations.
  • Comfort with an unstructured environment without clear territory, BDR-qualified leads, or established enablement playbooks.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete information.

Benefits

  • High ownership and real impact shaping solutions used by global enterprises and influencing supply chain performance at scale.
  • Entrepreneurial growth and firsthand learning from seasoned entrepreneurs and ex-Googlers.
  • Deep exposure to supply chain, logistics, and AI in enterprise B2B.
  • Foundational team opportunity to contribute directly to company-building and rapid scaling.
  • Fast-paced, ambitious, mission-driven culture with collaborative colleagues.

Glacis builds AI agents for supply chain teams to automate complex logistics workflows, integrate processes with existing systems, and improve efficiency for global enterprises.
