What you'll do

  • Lead day-to-day physical security operations for the Paris office and support Brussels operations.
  • Coordinate regional security support for Munich, Zurich, and other European cities as needed.
  • Manage access management, visitor workflows, vendor coordination, incident response, emergency readiness, and site security documentation.
  • Partner with Workplace, building management, Legal, People/HR, EHS/Resilience, GSOC, Executive Operations, and local leadership.
  • Support event and executive visit planning with escalation paths, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation.
  • Improve vendor performance, operational standards, reporting, and remediation tracking.

What they require

  • 8+ years of experience in corporate security, physical security operations, protective services, emergency management, public service, military, law enforcement, or a closely related operational field.
  • Experience leading physical security operations in a modern office environment, ideally in technology, professional services, financial services, or another high-confidentiality setting.
  • Experience managing security vendors or guard force operations, including post orders, coverage expectations, performance management, incident standards, and service quality.
  • Strong incident management experience, including response, documentation, escalation, after-action learning, and stakeholder communications.
  • Hands-on knowledge of access management, visitor management, reception security, vendor oversight, contractor access, site emergency readiness, and employee-facing security operations.
  • Practical understanding of Paris or France corporate security operations.
  • Ability to operate across Paris and Brussels, with regional support for Munich, Zurich, and other European cities as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality.
