Sports Reference, LLC is looking for an entry-level Scrum Master to facilitate and coordinate Agile processes within engineering and cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality solutions and fostering continuous improvement.

What you'll do

  • Organize project work in dashboards and project management tooling, and keep the status up to date
  • Help coordinate small to medium sized projects within the company
  • Report status of projects regularly verbally in small meetings, as well as written asynchronous communication when needed
  • Help create small tasks in project management software and assign as appropriate
  • Facilitate meetings (standups, iteration boundary, retros) ranging from 3-45+ people

  • Have a history of getting things done (and done well)
  • Applicants must have a legal right to work in the United States or Canada
