Department: Operations / Digital Location: remote within India, Bangalore preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled S/4 Solution Architect for Inbound-, Outbound-, Production Supply- and Internal Warehouse-Processes: The candidate must have deep skills in S/4 Embedded EWM and Basic TM but also in S/4 Inventory Management (IM) and Logistics Execution (LE) as we run our plants on different set-ups Experience of working with Handling Units, Serial Numbers, Batches and special stock types in EWM and IM is mandatory Additional knowledge about EWM RFUI and our 3rd Party Solution XPS for processing transports with carriers is appreciated The ideal candidate is self-motivated, works independently, takes full ownership of their responsibilities, and proactively drives initiatives to improve processes and outcomes Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions Tight collaboration with Key-Users for incident resolution and demand clarification for Enhancements and Change Requests is expected Define functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP and technical teams Manage continuous improvement related Change Requests in the specific workstream. This includes Configuration, SIT, leading of UAT, Documentation and Golive and requires fulfilling responsibilities until after the solution implementation is complete, including the hyper-care phase Regular monitoring and resolving of EWM Queue entries (SMQ2) Communication and regular coordination with IT Team members and also cross-functional IT colleagues to ensure that standardized definitions are kept and common goals are achieved Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on logistics, (business) computer science or a comparable education with relevant professional experience 8+ years of experience in S/4 EWM, including at least one full-cycle EWM implementation Hands-on expertise in managing incidents and minor changes Proven project management skills for delivering major changes Good knowledge of Queue Monitoring and Resolution of Queue entries Preferred Qualifications: XPS Software Knowledge about AllforOne (A41) RFUI solution or S/4 Standard RFUI solution Experience with SAP BRF+ methodology Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Tools & Platforms: Data Migration tools (LSMW, MASS) Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools We Offer Freedom with responsibility is the framework for HBK’s employees. What you'll do
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Tight collaboration with Key-Users for incident resolution and demand clarification for Enhancements and Change Requests
- Define functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP and technical teams

- Regular monitoring and resolving of EWM Queue entries (SMQ2) and coordination with IT/cross-functional colleagues
