Role Summary: Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices. Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required. Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes. Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation. Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback. Deep expertise in one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll etc). Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
