We are looking for an SAP Business Solution Architect to join our close-knit team and help clients shape and deliver SAP-driven transformation from discovery through blueprint and implementation.

Responsibilities
- Lead SAP pre-sale and implementation governance and delivery across the client engagement lifecycle
- Define target architecture and client roadmap aligned with SAP solutions and portfolio direction
- Drive architecture governance and methods to ensure consistency, communication, and cooperation across SAP domains
- Run fit-gap analysis and guide business requirements adjustment to shape implementation-ready blueprints
- Assess current client solutions and identify opportunities for SAP solution implementation
- Integrate business, data, application, and technical architecture domains into a cohesive solution
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and perform root cause analysis to restore progress and quality
- Support account planning by shaping the client vision based on solution scope and outcomes
- Introduce innovation topics that address specific client needs and improve solution value
- Build client relationships and support sales in detailed solution discovery discussions
- Stay up to date on SAP products, trends, and portfolio changes to inform client roadmaps
- Estimate effort for process and organizational design improvements and SAP configuration and development
Requirements
- SAP solution architecture experience (2+ years) across pre-sales and implementation delivery
- Architecture governance leadership experience in aligning teams and enforcing methodology consistency
- Project governance experience covering fit-gap analysis, delivery oversight, and issue escalation
- Strong requirements engineering skills to adjust and define SAP solution-specific functional requirements
- Strong business and IT alignment skills to identify business enablers and related IT capabilities
- Excellent client communication skills to lead discovery discussions and build trusted relationships
- Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)
