What you'll do

  • Architect, configure, and implement SAP SAC models, including Operating Budget, Capital Budget, and Workforce/FTE Planning Models.
  • Streamline planning, budgeting, and forecasting workflows through automation, version control, and robust system controls.
  • Standardize financial processes following SAP fit-to-standard best practices.
  • Manage the migration of financial data from legacy budget systems and models, ensuring absolute validation and reconciliation.
  • Lead the integration of SAC with the S/4HANA core for real-time or scheduled data flows.
  • Build advanced stories and planning models, and conduct formal knowledge transfer to empower the City’s IT and Finance teams.

  • Extensive experience implementing SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) specifically focused on planning and budgeting modules.
  • Strong background in public sector or enterprise-level budgeting (Capital, Operating, and FTE planning).
  • Hands-on expertise building advanced SAC stories and integrating SAC with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience guiding finance teams through digital transformations.
