What you'll do

  • Oversee multiple sanitation sites within a designated region, ensuring top-tier service delivery, compliance, and team performance.
  • Lead Site Managers and their teams to meet client expectations, safety standards, and sanitation protocols.
  • Lead sanitation operations across multiple facilities to deliver high-quality, compliant service.
  • Coach and develop Site Managers to build high-performing teams aligned with safety and food quality standards.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, HR, Finance) to drive performance, resolve issues, and implement best practices.
  • Ensure readiness for audits and support corrective actions to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, KPIs, labor usage, and resource allocation to meet company and client goals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and frontline engagement.
