As a Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the needs of the business Create and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets Develop and implement workflows, validation rules, and process automation Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales and marketing performance Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices Provide training and support to end users as needed Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, and Process Automation.
