What you'll do

  • Lead customer conversations in English with confidence and clarity, translating mission needs into crisp technical requirements and clear next steps.

  • Strong systems-level thinking with the ability to quickly understand new architectures, tools, and internal processes.
  • Proven ability to drive structure, clarity, and momentum in technical discussions with customers and internal teams.
  • Comfortable operating hands-on in modern tools, internal systems, and lightweight processes typical of scaling startups.
