Sales Support Specialist

Key tasks:

Direct Support as a first contact for any Customer request Handling of quotes and customer inquiries via phone and email Supporting Sales force in any administrative tasks and daily business activities Creation of compliant and complete tender documents Support to Italian Manager in Operations and Tender Documents Scours tender portals and procurement websites daily to identify relevant business opportunities Contribution to continuous improvement and process optimization

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service and tender processing is highly appreciated Native-level Italian and fluent written and spoken English are mandatory, any additional language skills are considered as an asset Strong customer focus and excellent teamwork skills
