What you'll do

  • Deliver Impact: Become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Strategize for Growth: Build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company-generated leads, and drive customer conversion consistently.
  • Provide Feedback to Innovate: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction.
  • Train for Excellence: Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) settings.
  • Foster Relationships: Maintain strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure service continuity.
