What you'll do

  • Become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical’s products and procedures, supporting surgeons and operating room teams for optimal patient outcomes
  • Build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company-generated leads, and drive customer conversion consistently
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on (cadaveric) settings
  • Maintain strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure service continuity
