What you'll do

  • Advise and sell a broad product portfolio with a special focus on heat pumps to homeowners in the Bremen region.
  • Independently plan and structure on-site appointments and consultations, working reliably and customer-centrically.
  • Ensure transparent communication and develop customized solutions from initial contact to successful project completion.
  • Clarify key technical questions on-site regarding heat pumps, photovoltaics, air conditioning systems, wallboxes, EMS, and dynamic electricity tariffs.
  • Act as a central interface between pre-sales, customers, and project coordination to ensure smooth installation.
  • Contribute significantly to a smooth installation process.

  • Experience in technical sales, ideally in B2C field sales.
  • Enthusiasm for renewable energies – especially heat pumps and photovoltaics.
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work in customer consulting.
  • High intrinsic motivation to quickly acquire technical knowledge or already possess well-founded knowledge privately.
  • Communication skills and service orientation to build trusting customer relationships.
  • Digitally savvy, quick to learn new tools and use them to optimize workflow.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and active contribution to common goals.
  • Fluent German (C2 – Must-have).
  • Driver's license class B (Must-have).
