What you'll do

  • Develop and execute the EU sales plan for our EEG and non-invasive brain stimulation portfolio.
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline across academic, clinical and research institutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, technical demos (with support from our product team), proposal, negotiation and close.
  • Represent Neuroelectrics at conferences, trade shows and customer sites.
  • Monitor the market — competitors, pricing, trends, funding cycles — and adjust the strategy accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts; report progress against targets to the Sales Director.
  • Work closely with our Marketing and Product Management teams to align messaging, gather customer insights and shape the EU go-to-market.

What they require

  • At least 3 years in sales, with must have hunter mentality.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in the EU market.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, plus a technical or scientific background (or equivalent experience).
  • Clinical understanding: knowledge of EEG technology, including routine EEG, Ambulatory EEG, LTM (Long-Term Monitoring), and cEEG in the ICU.
  • Comfortable creating and executing a sales plan, analysing data and reporting on progress.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Self-employed status in the UK (UTR / VAT registration as applicable), legally able to invoice as a contractor.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50–60% within the assigned territory for client site visits and clinical trials.
