Senior sales executive for insurance licensing and CE products, 5+ years in insurance/financial services sales with C-level selling experience. Must be able to break into new accounts and hit ambitious targets. Bachelor's degree required.

What you'll do

  • Scheduling appointments and meeting existing customers to identify and qualify potential prospects and present current product offers.
  • Effective planning to conduct sales presentations by meeting customers physically (on site or virtual) on a daily basis.
  • Provide professional demonstrations of products and services onsite or virtually.
  • Liaising between the Company and customers for up-to-date pricing, service, and latest product-release launches.
  • Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research, networking, and cold-calling.
  • Completing outbound prospect calling daily.
  • Following up on all inbound and marketing-sourced leads within 24 hours of receipt in CRM.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new products, procedures, services, and tools.
  • Attending conferences and trade shows where applicable.
  • Using marketing data and sales management tools to maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Preparing sales and marketing reports and maintaining accurate expense accounts.
  • Updating customer account records with contact names and numbers.
  • Providing product quotes to customers as needed.
  • Aggressively following up on business opportunities.
  • Regular weekly or biweekly 1:1 with direct manager and periodic pipeline updates with senior management.

What they require

  • Minimum of a B.A./B.S. degree.
  • 5+ years successful experience in sales and account management.
  • Experience selling and negotiating at C-level.
  • Solid experience breaking into new accounts.
  • Proven track record of high growth against ambitious targets.
  • Knowledge of the insurance and/or financial services landscape may be preferred (given 'preferably with knowledge' phrasing.).
  • Understanding of competitive offerings, software, and technologies.
  • Strong managerial, communications, analytical, organizational project management, and planning skills.
