What you'll do

  • Responsible for onshore wind turbines sales in Poland, Baltics and Eastern Europe region.
  • Create close working relationships with all key stakeholders at assigned accounts and develop a thorough understanding of their project strategies and needs.
  • Provide commercial and technical support to assigned accounts and ensure GE Vernova's Onshore Wind products and services are favourably considered.
  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities; be accountable for orders, pricing/profitability, risk, terms & conditions, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process and maintain sales data quality and accuracy.

  • Extensive experience and a proven track record of sales and business development achievements in the wind power industry.
  • Practical understanding of current/emerging requirements of the power generation markets and customer financial drivers.

  • Consistent track record of meeting performance objectives; strong interpersonal, negotiation and executive presentation skills.
