What you'll do

  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives on a named list of strategic APAC accounts to understand complex business goals, technical environments, and multi-stakeholder success criteria.
  • Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, and executive-level presentations across long, multi-quarter enterprise sales cycles.
  • Design and lead structured proofs of concept and pilots for large organizations, with clearly defined success criteria, milestones, and executive sign-off.
  • Own the technical strategy for competitive enterprise deals, including displacement of incumbent MMP/attribution vendors.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Branch’s platform, APIs, SDKs, and integration options, including our Journeys, Universal Ads, and Ivy AI product lines, at enterprise scale.
  • Advise on enterprise architecture requirements- SSO/SAML, data residency, custom SLAs, and integration with large-scale data warehouses, CDPs, and analytics stacks.
  • Stay current on mobile measurement standards (SKAN, AdAttributionKit), ad fraud trends, and evolving privacy regulations across APAC markets.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders — including CTOs, VPs of Growth/Marketing, and Heads of Data — across the customer organization.
  • Act as a strategic advisor through renewal and expansion cycles, ensuring enterprise accounts realize measurable ROI and remain reference customers.
  • Respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and vendor risk assessments as a core part of the enterprise sales process.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to represent enterprise customer requirements, competitive intelligence, and APAC market trends in the product roadmap.
  • Build enterprise-specific sales engineering playbooks, reference architectures, and demo environments that raise the bar for the broader SE team.
  • Mentor mid-market Sales Engineers on enterprise best practices, complex deal strategy, and executive communication.
  • Report directly to the Regional General Manager (GM), based in Singapore.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across Sales and Customer Success to support enterprise growth across the APAC region.
  • Travel to customer locations across the APAC region for customer meetings, product demonstrations, solution design sessions, and other enterprise engagements.

What they require

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Solutions Consulting, with a track record supporting enterprise-scale (six- and seven-figure ACV) deals.
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-quarter enterprise sales cycles spanning engineering, security, procurement, and legal.
  • A strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, system integrations, and enterprise SaaS/cloud architectures, including SSO/SAML, data residency, and large-scale data pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of iOS and Android application development concepts and mobile app architectures; hands-on development experience is a plus but not required.
  • Executive presence and the ability to present technical and business value narratives to C-level and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Deep familiarity with mobile measurement, attribution, deep linking, or broader marketing technology platforms.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with competing MMP/attribution platforms to support competitive displacement in enterprise deals.
  • Preferred: Experience with discovery and qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC) suited to complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Preferred: AI/LLM literacy, with the ability to speak to how AI-driven recommendations and agents work, including data and privacy implications — relevant to Branch’s Ivy product.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with retail media and first-party data strategy, useful when selling into large retail and e-commerce enterprises.
