What you'll do

  • Design, build, and continuously improve onboarding programs to accelerate new-hire ramp time.
  • Develop ongoing training programs (product knowledge, consultative selling, objection handling) and create certifications/learning paths.
  • Analyze conversion, win/loss, and retention data; review call recordings to surface best practices and create playbooks.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Experience to enable launches and align messaging.
  • Own or co-own enablement tooling and maintain sales enablement content (playbooks, battle cards, presentations, knowledge resources).

What they require

  • Prior experience carrying an individual sales quota or serving in a consultative customer-facing role (Sales, BD, Account Management, Customer Success, Retail Leadership).
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing revenue role and/or Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, or related GTM function.
  • Proven ability to build trusted cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, and executive leadership.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), LMS and enablement tools such as Gong, Highspot, Seismic, WorkRamp.
  • Preferred: Experience in direct-to-consumer / retail / consumer technology or high-growth environment and coaching managers or facilitating leadership development.
