What you'll do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within the hospitality industry.
  • Generate qualified appointments for the senior sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and update prospect activity.
  • Manage follow-up communications to maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Work towards monthly appointment and activity targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market trends and developments within the hospitality sector.

What they require

  • 3–6 years of outbound B2B sales or SDR experience.
  • Previous experience booking appointments for software or technology solutions.
  • Strong cold-calling experience and confidence speaking with senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot (preferred).
  • A resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent pipeline management.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Preferred: An understanding of the South African hospitality industry would be highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting.
  • Experience generating qualified sales appointments.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working towards KPIs and sales targets.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
  • Ability to work UK-aligned business hours.
