The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is dedicated to driving new customer acquisition and increasing revenue growth across Goodway Group through a relentless focus on outreach. This is a hunter role that will play a key part in expanding the Goodway Group portfolio with Independent Agencies in the United States. What You Will Do Leverage numerous sales tools to identify, schedule meetings with Agencies who meet the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) of our managed agency business Think strategically, leveraging your knowledge of Goodway Group to identify how we can help prospective customers grow their business through partnership. Use data and tech stack to identify companies and individuals that would benefit from our products and services Use the internet, company website, data, and research tools to validate and prioritize efforts (or to disqualify) and to create hypothesis for perceived company needs/pains/gains Understand Goodway Group's GTM offerings, differentiators, and what uniquely positions us as an ideal fit for potential clients across all brands Develop and manage best-in-class outreach strategies that effectively reach targets at the right time in the right way Develop and manage best-in-class content strategies that utilize engaging materials to create clear, concise, thought-provoking, personalized messages to generate interest Be proficient within the growth ops tech stack tools and features, following best practices to automate, utilize AI, and increase efficiency Demonstrate an analytical mindset and monitor performance results (open rates, click-through rates, response rates, conversion rates, etc.) to apply those data-driven insights and improve results Utilize Salesforce to manage and track all activity, meetings, notes, and metrics according to best practices and sales process Benchmark and stay up to date with consumer behavior, best-practices, and both internal and external marketing and sales trends Understand marketing restrictions and laws to ensure we are compliant with user data and privacy legislation for outreach Maintain a scorecard to monitor performance of all initiatives and KPIs: # targets or accounts within each initiative, engaged accounts, meetings, opportunities created, pipeline revenue created, RFPs, and closed won revenue At least 2 times a year, review the initiatives and share learnings, insights, and recommendations with team to increase performance of programs What You Bring: 1-2 years in sales, customer service, retail, or administrative support Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus Familiarity with lead generation platforms (e.g. If you identify as a female candidate, and feel you can do this role even if there are a few things perhaps you've not done, please apply anyway! What you'll do

- Leveraging numerous sales tools to identify, schedule meetings with Agencies who meet the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) of our managed agency business.
- Thinking strategically, leveraging your knowledge of Goodway Group to identify how we can help prospective customers grow their business through partnership.
- Using data and tech stack to identify companies and individuals that would benefit from our products and services.

- Utilizing Salesforce to manage and track all activity, meetings, notes, and metrics according to best practices and sales process.
- Benchmarking and staying up to date with consumer behavior, best-practices, and both internal and external marketing and sales trends.
- Understanding marketing restrictions and laws to ensure we are compliant with user data and privacy legislation for outreach.
- Maintaining a scorecard to monitor performance of all initiatives and KPIs: # targets or accounts within each initiative, engaged accounts, meetings, opportunities created, pipeline revenue created, RFPs, and closed won revenue.
- Reviewing initiatives and sharing learnings, insights, and recommendations with team to increase performance of programs at least 2 times a year.
What they require
- 1-2 years in sales, customer service, retail, or administrative support
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to ask effective discovery questions and uncover prospect needs
- Active listening and rapport-building skills
- Organization and note-taking to accurately log conversations in a CRM
- Ability to prioritize and qualify inbound leads and route appropriately
