What you'll do

  • Prepare clear, structured handovers in CRM.
  • Manage follow-ups and prioritisation with discipline.
  • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers on target accounts.
  • Share insight to support account strategy and conversion.
  • Open the door to new customer opportunities while owning results and earning potential.
  • Identify and engage businesses with complex needs.
  • Decide when an opportunity is ready for deeper commercial discussion.
  • Ensure Key Account Managers spend time with the right customers, at the right moment, with the right context.
  • Own the quality of the pipeline created and contribution to conversion.
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily as part of a target-driven sales environment.
