What you'll do

  • Forge strategic relationships with various internal teams (field sales, channel partners and marketing) to effectively generate outbound campaigns for new business activities.
  • Work closely with Group-IB's channel partners to prospect and close net new revenue with SMB opportunities.
  • Route warm qualified enterprise opportunities to the relevant Account managers.
  • Execute campaigns to target new sales opportunities through follow-up and outbound calls/emails.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure lead generation is properly conducted and effective for the qualification stage.
  • Leverage incoming marketing leads to pre-qualify and maintaining a constant pipeline of larger scale opportunities for Account managers.
  • Update and maintain clients' database details within CRM in a diligent way.
  • Become a true expert with Group-IB's solutions to best qualify potential sales opportunities.

What they require

  • At least 3 years of successful inside sales experience in the software industry, preferably within security, extra points for threat intelligence, or an actor-centric cyber security company.
  • Previous hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Client-centric mindset and approach.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Experience working in cybersecurity, SaaS, enterprise software, or technology industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong passion for cyber security and high-tech technologies.
