What you'll do

  • Build and execute multichannel outbound cadences, including cold calling, personalized and automated email, video outreach, and LinkedIn social selling, using the Salesforce Sales Engagement platform.
  • Research and prioritize accounts using public and private healthcare data sources, such as CMS, NCQA, AIS, and third-party platforms, to identify qualified prospects and strategic outreach angles.
  • Generate qualified meetings, opportunities, and pipeline for aligned Account Executives across Health Plan and Risk-Bearing Provider Organization territories.
  • Conduct initial conversations with prospects and use active listening to uncover customer needs and issues, clearly communicating how Cozeva + Vatica Health can help.
  • Follow up on warm inbound leads and researched outbound prospects while consistently achieving call, email, meeting, opportunity, and pipeline targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Account Executives to align on campaigns, messaging, territory plans, account strategy, and buying-group mapping.
  • Support Account Executives with account research and preparation for discovery calls, demonstrations, industry conferences, and events.
  • Build and execute outreach strategies for conferences and industry events, converting engagement into scheduled meetings and follow-up opportunities.
  • Work with Sales Operations to maintain and enhance Salesforce hygiene, pipeline reporting, and account-level data accuracy, including locations, key contacts, and contact info.

What they require

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ year of experience with healthcare in a clinical, payer, provider, health technology, or adjacent setting.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a genuine drive to compete, learn, and win.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence and presence engaging prospects by phone and email.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to work remotely during Eastern or Central time-zone business hours.
  • Preferred: Cold calling or outbound prospecting experience.
  • Preferred: Prior sales experience of any kind.
  • Preferred: Clinical experience including CPT/ICD coding and physician practice experience.
