Job Summary Are you a fluent French speaker with a passion for technology and a drive to kickstart a career in SaaS sales? This company is a well-established leader in outsourced sales services with 15 years of proven success. We are looking for two highly motivated, French-speaking SDRs to join our team and act as the engine for our clients' growth. You will leverage world-class sales methodologies and a mature infrastructure to identify, engage, and qualify high-value opportunities within the French market. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, averaging 50 calls per day to prospects. Identify and qualify at least 10 high-quality sales opportunities per month. Manage and track all lead activity and pipeline data accurately within Salesforce. Master the company’s internal sales methodology to deliver professional and persuasive cold outreach. Collaborate with the wider team to optimize scripts and outreach strategies for the French market. Requirements French Speaker (Native or Fluent) is non-negotiable. Experience or a strong interest in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry. Must be coachable, curious, and determined to exceed targets. An affable personality with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. Target-driven mindset with a focus on high-activity performance.
