Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Senior SDR – Outbound Sales & Lead Generation | Remote

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Senior SDR to generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship-building.

This is a performance-driven role focused on identifying potential customers, starting conversations, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for the sales team.

You’ll execute outbound campaigns across email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and multi-channel sequences , while working closely with sales and marketing teams to continuously improve outreach performance.

What You’ll Own

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Research

Research target companies, decision-makers, and accounts Build targeted prospect lists aligned with Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) Use tools such as:

LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo ZoomInfo Crunchbase

Identify prospect pain points, industry trends, and personalization opportunities Maintain organized lead lists and prospecting workflows

Cold Outreach & Lead Generation

Execute outbound outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels Complete 60–100 outbound touchpoints daily Make 30–40 cold calls per day Personalize messaging based on prospect role, industry, and business needs Build structured outreach cadences and follow-up sequences Handle objections confidently and professionally Generate qualified conversations and book meetings for Account Executives or leadership

Campaign Management & Optimization

Build and test multi-touch outbound sequences A/B test:

Subject lines Messaging angles CTAs Call scripts

Monitor reply rates, meetings booked, and conversion performance Identify underperforming messaging or targeting Continuously improve campaigns through testing and iteration

CRM & Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho , or similar CRM platforms Log prospecting activities, conversations, notes, and follow-ups Keep lead stages and statuses current Maintain strong CRM hygiene and organized pipeline tracking Ensure qualified opportunities are handed off accurately and on time

Sales & Marketing Collaboration

Work closely with Account Executives and sales leadership on qualified handoffs Collaborate with marketing teams on messaging and lead quality Share insights from prospect conversations to improve positioning Provide feedback on objections, market trends, and prospect needs Support broader outbound growth initiatives as needed

Must-Have Experience & Skills

1–2+ years of SDR, BDR, outbound sales, or lead generation experience Hands-on cold calling experience Experience executing multi-channel outbound campaigns Familiarity with outbound platforms such as:

Outreach.io Salesloft Apollo HubSpot Sequences

Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho , or similar CRM platforms Strong written and verbal English communication skills Ability to personalize messaging and conduct professional prospect outreach Strong organization and follow-through Comfortable working toward activity, meeting, and pipeline targets Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

Preferred Experience

2–4 years of SDR or BDR experience with demonstrated quota attainment Experience selling:

B2B SaaS Marketing services Staffing or recruiting services Agency services Professional services

Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts Experience generating pipeline for high-ticket B2B sales Familiarity with sales methodologies such as:

What a Typical Day Looks Like

Your day may start by researching target accounts and building prospect lists before launching email and LinkedIn sequences.

You’ll move into dedicated cold-calling blocks, follow up with existing prospects, personalize outreach based on pain points, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.

Throughout the day, you’ll update CRM records, review campaign performance, optimize messaging, and collaborate with sales and marketing on improving conversion rates.

In short: you fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities through consistent, targeted outbound execution.
