Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and leads. Introduce the company and services confidently and professionally. Engage prospects, build rapport, and identify potential interest. Handle objections and rejection professionally. Generate qualified leads and book appointments where applicable. Follow up with prospects consistently. Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups. Meet daily and weekly calling and performance targets. Take initiative and continuously look for ways to improve results.

Requirements

Previous cold calling experience is essential. Confident and professional telephone manner. Excellent verbal communication skills. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Resilient and able to handle rejection. Highly motivated and target-driven. Strong work ethic and sense of urgency. Ability to work independently and stay focused. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
