We build AI software for American manufacturers and it's ripping. The pipeline is bigger than we can handle, so we're bringing on SDRs to turn leads into booked demos.
The setup: leads are provided. Sequences are written. Tech stack is live. You plug into a machine and your entire job is to make it hum. Dial, email, text, follow up like a maniac, book the meeting, ring the bell, do it again.
Comp: base + commission + a bonus (on every single qualified meeting you book). Top performers have a clear pathway to $100k+. We want you making that money. Every meeting you book, we win too.
What gets you a spot on the team:
\- Clear English. You'll talk to plant managers and ops leaders all day. Cool accents we LOVE though (UK, Australian, South African, etc.)
\-Highly empathetic to the struggles of our customers.
\- US business hours.
\- You're sharp, upbeat and you move fast. 2 days of training, one quiz, then you're live and dialing.
\- Creativity gets rewarded here. Found a better angle? A smarter follow-up? Run it. We promote what works. And share with your teammates to perfect the engine.
\- Brownie points if you sold ERP's/ERP adjacent solutions before.
