Acting as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, the role helps facilitate seamless day-to-day operations, maintain data accuracy, and ensure efficient service delivery throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities P rocess new customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely manner. Monitor outstanding customer accounts and follow up on pending payments as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records. Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments. Manage and maintain sales documentation. Complete handovers to relevant internal departments to ensure a smooth workflow . Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. Your Qualifications 3 + years of experience in sales administration Construction or Service-based industry (Electrical/Mechanical) Experience using Netsuite is ideal Demonstrated ability to follow instructions Organised and able to achieve deadlines Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to listen Proven attention to detail Disclaimer for salary ranges.
