What you'll do

  • Process new customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and process customer invoices in a timely manner.
  • Monitor outstanding customer accounts and follow up on pending payments as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments.
  • Manage and maintain sales documentation.
  • Complete handovers to relevant internal departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.

What they require

  • 3 + years of experience in sales administration
  • Construction or Service-based industry (Electrical/Mechanical)
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions
  • Organised and able to achieve deadlines
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to listen
  • Proven attention to detail
