Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support a high-performing sales organization. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong operational mindset who thrives behind the scenes — keeping systems clean, processes running smoothly, and the sales team focused on closing. Experience in the education sector is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and up-to-date records
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks including contract preparation, proposals, and sales documentation
- Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline activity, and performance dashboards
- Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and communications between the sales team and prospects or clients
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handoff from sales to delivery or account management
- Manage inbound inquiries and route them appropriately within the sales team
- Maintain and organize sales collateral, templates, and shared resources
- Identify and flag process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with marketing, operations, and finance teams to support the full sales cycle
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Administrator or Sales Manager role
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM — managing pipelines, workflows, reporting, and data integrity
- Prior remote work experience with strong fluency in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar); candidates without prior remote experience will not be considered
- Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, distributed environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in or exposure to the education sector (EdTech, training, e-learning, or academic services)
- Experience supporting or managing a sales team in a senior or lead capacity
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools, proposal software, or document management platforms
- Exposure to CRM administration, workflow automation, or sales operations functions
