About the Role
Are you a programmer who loves coding and gaming? At Kodland, you’ll have the opportunity to turn your passion into impact by inspiring the next generation of creators. You’ll teach kids and teens how to design their own Roblox games, guiding them step by step as they bring their ideas to life. No prior experience with Roblox Studio? No problem — we’ll provide full training to help you succeed. This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere, as long as you’re available during UK teaching hours (afternoons/evenings on weekdays and mornings on weekends).
Responsibilities
- Deliver fun, interactive Roblox Game Design lessons using our ready-to-teach materials.
- Inspire students to create their first Roblox games and digital projects while building confidence in coding.
- Track student progress, celebrate achievements, and provide guidance throughout their learning journey.
- Share lesson feedback and contribute creative ideas to improve the learning experience.
- Develop your teaching skills with support from experienced Kodland mentors.
- Participate in mock lessons, training, and community events to enhance your skills and connect with other tutors.
Requirements
- Programming knowledge (Python preferred).
- Passion for teaching children and teenagers.
- Fluent Arabic (C2 or Native)
- English Proficiency (At least B2)
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week during:
- Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM GMT+3
- Weekends: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM GMT+3
- Tech setup: stable internet (min 20 Mbps), webcam, headset, and quiet workspace.
- A willingness to learn — we’ll provide Roblox Studio training and full onboarding.

What they require

- Availability for at least 10 hours per week during weekdays 5:00 PM–10:00 PM GMT+3 and weekends 10:00 AM–10:00 PM GMT+3.
- Stable internet with minimum 20 Mbps, webcam, headset, and quiet workspace.
- Willingness to learn; Roblox Studio training and full onboarding are provided.
- Programming knowledge (Python preferred).
- Fluent English (C1).
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week during: Weekdays: 3–9 pm GMT Weekends: 9 am–7 pm GMT
- Tech setup: stable internet (min 20 Mbps), webcam, headset, and quiet workspace.
- A willingness to learn — we’ll provide Roblox Studio training and full onboarding.
