What you'll do

  • Deliver fun, interactive Roblox Game Design lessons using our ready-to-teach materials.
  • Inspire students to create their first Roblox games and digital projects while building confidence in coding.
  • Track student progress, celebrate achievements, and provide guidance throughout their learning journey.
  • Share lesson feedback and contribute creative ideas to improve the learning experience.
  • Develop your teaching skills with support from experienced Kodland mentors.
  • Participate in mock lessons, training, and community events to enhance your skills and connect with other tutors.

What they require

  • Programming knowledge (Python preferred).
  • Passion for teaching children and teenagers.
  • Fluent English (C1).
  • Availability for at least 10 hours per week during: Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM GMT-4 (Boston Time) Weekends: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM GMT-4 (Boston Time)
  • Tech setup: stable internet (min 20 Mbps), webcam, headset, and quiet workspace.
  • A willingness to learn — we’ll provide Roblox Studio training and full onboarding.
