What you'll do

  • Conduct independent quality audits of new business transactions, support activities, and operational processes using standardized audit methodologies and evaluation criteria.
  • Assess compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, risk frameworks, and established quality standards, including review of documentation and policy records.
  • Identify conduct risks and areas of non-compliance and escalate significant findings, emerging risks, and compliance concerns according to governance processes.
  • Provide clear, objective, evidence-based feedback to front-line teams and leaders and support coaching and development initiatives.
  • Deliver actionable insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement and support implementation of process improvements and quality enhancement initiatives.

What they require

  • Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, auditing, compliance, or risk oversight within insurance operations.
  • Proven ability to independently audit new business policies and customer files using standardized criteria, exercising judgment, objectivity and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical capability to identify trends, control gaps, and emerging risks and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience delivering constructive, evidence-based feedback to agents and managers to support performance improvement, remediation, and risk mitigation.
  • Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel and Power BI.
