Must be UK-based — site role, 3 days a week in Plymouth, SC Clearance to start. Needs Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and risk management on major infrastructure, defence or construction programmes.

What you'll do

  • Lead the refresh and ongoing management of the Tranche 0 risk register, supporting other programme tranches as required
  • Chair monthly risk review meetings, facilitate risk workshops, produce meeting minutes, and provide risk dashboards highlighting key changes and trends
  • Identify, assess, and manage risks and opportunities, supporting the development of effective mitigation strategies
  • Conduct critical reviews of risk registers with project teams to ensure risks are appropriate, manageable, and free from duplication
  • Track mitigation actions and monitor risk reduction progress across the programme
  • Support Quantitative Risk Analysis (QSRA/SRA, QCRA/CRA) and quarterly risk modelling and reporting
  • Work closely with Change Management teams to capture and assess programme impacts
  • Lead assumptions management and maintain the Master Data & Assumptions List (MDAL)
  • Provide strategic risk reporting, profiling risk exposure across programme timelines and activities
  • Build strong relationships with project teams, stakeholders, suppliers, and industry partners
  • Monitor supplier performance across quality, cost, schedule, and reliability, proactively managing emerging risks
  • Ensure compliance with all programme, Client, and infrastructure governance processes and procedures
