Rhode Island-licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist with experience providing virtual therapy to K-12 students. This is a part-time W-2 role with flexible hours, requiring availability for at least 7 sessions per week during peak demand.

What you'll do

  • Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
  • Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
  • Maintain timely clinical documentation and deliver care aligned with evidence-based best practices.
  • Assess and respond to clinical risk while following organizational safety protocols.

What they require

  • Active, unrestricted Rhode Island license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
  • Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
  • Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Passion for expanding access to high-quality pediatric mental health care.
  • Maintain availability for at least 7 sessions per week during peak demand hours, which include: School hours for school-based sessions, After-school hours, Evenings, Weekends.
