The Role

The RFP Manager, Growth serves as the operational backbone of the Wpromote x Giant Spoon (WPxGS) Growth team, owning the agency's proposal development process from early stage RFI through final submission. Reporting into the SVP, Enterprise Growth, this role ensures every proposal reflects the highest standards of quality, consistency, and strategic storytelling while enabling Growth Leaders to focus on client strategy and relationship development.

Beyond managing active pursuits, this individual contributor is responsible for maintaining the agency's institutional knowledge—including proposal content, credentials, case studies, staffing information, AI knowledge repositories, and reusable assets—to ensure every pursuit starts from the strongest possible foundation.

This role combines project management, editorial excellence, content operations, and cross-functional leadership to improve both proposal quality and team efficiency. The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $90,000 - $110,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above.
