No BS summary

First RevOps Manager at a Series C fintech/SaaS company building the GTM engine from scratch. Requires 5–10 years of RevOps or GTM system architecture experience in B2B SaaS and deep HubSpot expertise (custom objects, workflows, deal pipelines, reporting, integrations). You'll own the full GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Make, Monday.com), pipeline integrity, and dashboards, and manage one RevOps Associate.

What you'll do

  • Own HubSpot end-to-end: lifecycle stages, deal structures, custom objects, attribution models, integrations
  • Design and maintain the full GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Make, connected Finance tools, etc.) as one coherent system
  • Evaluate, onboard, and sunset tools as needs evolve
  • Co-create and maintain the GTM playbook with leadership — templates, sequences, follow-up SLAs, escalation paths — and monitor whether it's followed
  • Build and enforce pipeline data standards and ensure leadership can trust reports
  • Build dashboards and recurring reports (lead qualification, pipeline health, conversion rates, renewal risk, expansion signals)
  • Work with Sales leadership to define attribution policy, deal ownership rules, and rules of engagement
  • Design commission tracking infrastructure for managers
  • Build the AE and BDR outbound motion's operational backbone — activity and sequence tracking, communication workflows, performance dashboards
  • Partner with Sales, CS, Marketing and Finance leadership to build handoff processes and reporting
  • Identify manual, error-prone workflows and replace them with reliable automations (Make, Clay, HubSpot workflows, Monday.com)
  • Build lead scoring, follow-up workflows, and re-engagement triggers
  • Document processes so they scale beyond any one person

What they require

  • Explicit seniority: Revenue Operations Manager (first hire in this function), managing the RevOps Associate
  • Requires 5–10 years in Revenue Operations, GTM system architecture, or a closely related function at a B2B SaaS company
  • Built RevOps infrastructure before, not just maintained it
  • Ownership mentality — can own ambiguous, half-built systems with a founder's mindset
  • Understand RevOps is a revenue function, not an IT function
  • Thinks in systems — when fixing one thing, considers what it breaks or enables downstream
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with equity and commission eligibility
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage — for employees and dependents
  • Generous paid time off and company holidays
  • Paid parental leave
  • Bank retirement savings
  • Dedicated mental health and therapy stipend
  • Team retreats and intentional in-person gatherings
