What you'll do

  • Own the technical infrastructure powering the revenue engine
  • Architect and maintain the CRM data model in HubSpot
  • Build and maintain data pipelines connecting external sources into the CRM
  • Establish data governance standards and ensure data quality across revenue systems
  • Test, refine, and improve account scoring models
  • Create a single source of truth for revenue data
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools for sales productivity
  • Build automated workflows to reduce manual work for sales reps
  • Partner on change management and adoption of new tools
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for GTM performance
  • Document metric definitions, scoring logic, and methodologies
  • Own integrations between revenue tools
  • Evaluate new tools and make build-vs-buy recommendations
  • Ensure the tech stack is lean, integrated, and delivering ROI

What they require

  • 3-5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a GTM Systems role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Able to write SQL, build complex workflows, and work with APIs
  • Hands-on CRM administration experience, with HubSpot strongly preferred and Salesforce acceptable
  • Experience designing or significantly improving a CRM data model
  • Experience connecting multiple systems such as CRM, enrichment tools, marketing automation, and data warehouse
  • Understands how data flows across a tech stack
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret conversion metrics and measure effectiveness
  • Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into system design
