Role Overview
The RevOps Analyst will manage a portfolio of live events, ensuring offers remain accurate, pricing is adjusted within the client’s strategy framework, and potential issues are identified before they impact performance. Working a defined shift with clear handoffs and guidance from a strategic lead, this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to respond quickly as market conditions change.
Using real-time data, you’ll help support the buying and selling of tickets by monitoring inventory, maintaining pricing accuracy, and executing time-sensitive adjustments. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where consistent, accurate execution directly contributes to revenue and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a Book of Events
Own the day-to-day health and performance of an assigned portfolio of live events. Monitor inventory levels, hold times, pricing, and market competitiveness. Identify potential issues before they negatively affect performance. Escalate events that require a broader strategy change rather than a routine adjustment.
Execute Pricing
Make pricing adjustments according to established strategies, processes, and guardrails. Identify incorrectly priced inventory and make the appropriate corrections. Respond quickly to time-sensitive changes as event and market conditions shift. Maintain accuracy while managing a high volume of pricing decisions.
Expand Ticket Inventory
Create new ticket offers to increase buying opportunities and support revenue growth. Maintain and update existing offers as inventory and event conditions change. Ensure offers remain accurate, competitive, and aligned with established strategies.
Process & Operational Improvement
Follow established shift processes and provide clear handoffs to other team members. Document actions, changes, and important information so work can be continued smoothly across shifts. Identify recurring operational issues and raise them with the appropriate team members. Recommend process improvements when opportunities are identified.
